I accept Medicare insurance and am an out-of-network provider with other health plans.  For these other plans, I will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

You may prefer not to file for reimbursement with your insurance provider.  This allows you to have more choice in who you see and for how long without having to worry about prior authorization or insurance approval.  You are also ensured full privacy since I am not obligated to provide your insurance company with confidential information regarding your mental health, diagnosis, or other protected health information.    

 

My standard fee is $180 per 55 minute session.
